Description:

Wine from multiple facets, obtained with a cut of grapes autochones and produced in southern Italy ( Montepulciano, Primitivo and Aglianico), which wants to be protagonist on plates with pluricultural vocation.

Percentage of grapes:

50% Montepulciano d’Abruzzo; 30% Primitivo Puglia; 20% Aglianico Irpina

with 6/8 months of fermentation in french durmast barrels.

Nose:

The nose is presented with notes of red fruit, cherry, marasca, plum.

Taste:

Spices like leather pepper and vanilla, at the palate is presented soft and suffented, with extended tannins very close, glyceric.

Food Pairing:

Excellent companion of grilled meat, cheeses and asian cuisine.

Wine made without use of clarifying or other treatments with animal proteins, a low sulfuring content, suitable for the consumption of vegan users.
