VINEYARDS EXPOSURE AND ALTITUDE:
NORTHEAST 700- 730 meters above sea level
WINE MAKING AND AGING: The grapes are harvested by hand, in boxes at the end of October. The grapes are selected in the vineyard and then in the cellar. The fermentation of the grapes were done in open vats for about 30 days with manual daily punching down. The wine ripens in barrels of French oak for 12 months. Followed by a minimum aging in bottles on 6 months.
SENSORY
VIEW: red ruby-red color with garnet reflections with aging.
SMELL: Hints of vanilla, black cherry with subtle notes of flint and red flowers, elegant.
FLAVOR: Heady, balanced and smooth on the palate, mineral, markedly fruity with hints of oriental spices and herbs.
ALCOHOL: 13.5%

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 20-22 ° C
