WINEMAKING
The carefully selected grapes after being picked from the bunch are put to steep for about 8 – 10 days at a controlled temperature in steel basins. The rapening of the wine that mainly takes place in stainless steel basins is then completed by a 5-6 months stay in barrique and then for further three four months sharpening in bottle.

Red wine with garnet reflections. It has got an intense smell of spices, fruits and vanilla. Good and lively flavour of long lasting, austere tannin. It goes well with read meat and rape cheese.
