HARVEST: at a controlled temperature of about 24°C with 15 days maceration with the skin.
AGEING: in 25hl oak barrels for a minimum period of 24 months. The following ageing in bottle allows the wine to manifest its best.
VISUAL PROFILE: excellent texture ruby red
OLFACTORY PROFILE: intense, complex with notes of mixed blackberries and tobacco
TASTE PROFILE: full-bodied, excellent structure, with very dense tannic texture, well balanced and persistent
RECOMMENDED WITH: Ideal with aged cheese and in general with appetizing courses.
