A wine with a purplish red color, sweetly spiced, it preserves aromatic notes of ripe fruit,
endowed with an excellent minerality.
Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature 22/28 °.
Spontaneous malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak barrels.
12 months of aging in wood and 1 month of aging in bottle.
It is advisable to use a large glass that allows the wine to breathe and to oxygenate itself.
It should be served, preferably decanted in a jug, at a temperature of about 18 ° C.
Wine that goes well with delicate first courses, braised meats, vegetables, medium-aged cheeses.
