An exclusive Sicilian wine made in the commune of Messina in eastern Sicily from a hand selected blend of Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, and Nocera.
GRAPE: N. Mascalese 55%, N. Cappuccio 30%, Nocera 10%, other 5%
REFINING: Grapes ferment in stainless steel containers, and then refine in bottle for up to 20 months.
AROMA – TASTE: The Faro has an aroma of mature fruits with an elegant finish, and a full bodied taste, with pleasant tannins, and a good harmony of persistence and intensity that show themselves
BEST WITH: Best when accompanied by red meats
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% vol.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16° – 18° C.
