It can be considered the best white wine from Irpinia. It has ripe-fruit, sage, and the flavors of flowers. This wine comes from ancient vineyards, and it is vinified according to traditional methods.
GRAPE VARIETAL: 100% Fiano di Avellino
VINIFICATION: Selection of grapes occurs in the vineyards, and the winery. Grapes are then softly crushed, and then fermentation of the must occurs under controlled temperature. Wine is then aged in staintess steel casks for at least 4 months, and then in bottle for at least 2 months.
ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION:
This wine comes from a mix between freshness and finesse. It is of a straw-yellow color, and possesses the flavors of pear and pineapple. It is a full-bodied and smooth wine, with low levels of acidity.
GASTRONOMIC SUGGESTION: Match this wine with any kind of fish, and especially with shellfish.
