WINE MAKING: Rasping and cold maceration of the skins for 2 days at 5°C, fermentation at 26-28°C with frequent replacements and Delestage; malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and a period of rest on the grape skins for at least 5 months before undergoing aging in bottle

AROMA: Rosy fruits, characterized by a typical aroma of black cherry mixed with rose petals
FLAVOR: A soft and balanced wine
