Color: straw yellow with greenish reflections
Aroma: characteristic, fresh, aromatic, pepper and tomato leaf that blend in an elegant sensation with a mineral finish
Taste: dry white wine with a great olfactory response that amplifies a balanced minerality, excellent structure and persistence
Longevity: 4/5 years
Pairings: dishes based on asparagus, soups and omelettes with herbs, fish and vegetable tempura, crustacean Catalan and crustaceans in stew
