GRAPES: Corvina 70%, Rondinella 15%, Corvinone 15%
ALCHOOL: 15% Vol.
FERMENTATION: Slow fermentation of juice coming from soft pression of dried grapes with natural concentration of juice and an high sugar content.
AGING: 18 months in great wooden tanks of 25 hl. each and oach barriques from amrecan and french woods.
HARVEST: Handly pick up of the grapes in small casch of 4 kg. each; after 3-4 months drying the grapes are softly pressed.
COLOR: Red deep coluor with granade shades.
AROMA: Red mature berries with cherries.
TASTE: Deep red berries sensations with pleasent spicy in the final.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Perfect match with roast beefs and spit, also good as meditation wine.
