FERMENTATION: Slow fermentation of a young red valpolicella with pressed skins of dried grapes for amarone production.
AGING: 12 months in great wooden tanks of 25 hl. Each.
HARVEST: Handly pick up of the grapes.
COLOR: Red deep coluor with notes of ruby.
AROMA: Red berries and leather sensations.
TASTE: Velvet tasting with round notes of mature berries.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Perfect match with bbq and red meats, good with aged cheeses.
